Sheriff Leon Lott announced today the arrest of Kevin Brown (11/3/66)  as a result of an argument that took place at 628 Percival Road Lot # 28.  

Sheriff Leon Lott states that on May 30, 2008 at approximately 10:30 P.M. Brown retuned home intoxicated and an argument took place with he and the victim. Sheriff Lott stated the victim reported being attacked by Brown( her live in boyfriend) after she questioned him about coming in late.  The argument continued on into the night ending around 2:00 A.M. (5-31-08). The victim reports grabbing a knife to protect herself from Brown but Brown disarmed her and began attacking her with the knife. The victims cuts were non-life threatening and she refused medical attention. During this ordeal the suspect, Brown, received minor cuts with non-life threatening injuries and sought medical attention--treated and released. Sheriff Lott further stated that Brown was charged with Criminal Domestic Violence of a High and Aggravated Nature and transported to the Alvin S. Glen Detention Center.
