Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott seeks the community's assistance in capturing a suspect who shot a victim in the head.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott seeks assistance from citizens in the community who knows the whereabouts of Timothy Marvin Harrell D.O.B. 3/23/62.  Sheriff Lott states the shooting occurred on August 9, 2008 approximately 5:00 A.M. at 3050 Bluff Road. Harrell shot the victim in the head for unknown reasons and fled the scene. Warrants have been obtained for Harrell for Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill. The victim, who was transported to Palmetto Health is said to be in good condition.
